在我作为一名年轻的新工程师的载体的早期阶段，我开始了作为一名企业家在钻井核心部门 的旅程。我从1985年开 始从事钻探行业，经历了许多新的热情、学习、进步、成功和失败 与艰辛。精神领袖斯瓦米·维韦卡南达 (Swami Vivekananda) 的名言让我深受鼓舞：“起来、 醒来并停止，直到达到目标”。
凭借现场钻井实践经验，为钻井技术创新贡献力量；就像在 80 年 代初期，气动钻机被全液压操作的顶头驱动钻机所 取代。怀着对钻探的热情，从单个水井钻机装置 到服务于采矿业及以上石油和天然气行业的庞大钻机车队，我对所有 的努力感到满意。但这还不是 结束，在我睡觉之前还有很长的路要走。
